In the 80's and 90's, with the construction of the Baleal Sol Village I urbanization, we also built the Voilá discotheque. More than 20 years later, we have transformed the space into a tourist complex with 22 rooms and a reference outdoor sports and leisure space on Baleal beach.

In Areia Branca we have rehabilitated the old inn and transformed it into an aparthotel with around 40 rooms.

Demolition and construction of the new Hotel Praia Norte in Peniche. One of the biggest tourist complexes in the area with around 120 rooms on 5 floors above ground and 1 underground.
